The Technology Department follows strict process management regulations and provides full process engineering support for production and quality control. For each product, we develop complete process schemes, design process tooling, optimize production flows, and compile CNC machining programs. We implement a rigorous in-process self-inspection + full process final inspection system to ensure machining quality meets all technical specifications and drawing requirements.
Our technical team is proficient in professional 3D/2D design and CNC programming software (UG, CAXA, AutoCAD, HyperMILL, MAX-PAC) and applies them flexibly according toproduct and process requirements.
Technical documentation and management comply with corporate standards and commercial requirements. Customer-specified technical requirements areprioritized.
